Web Confidential Updated For Mac & Palm

Alco Blom and Palm developer Rene Laterveer have released Web Confidential for Mac 2.2 and Web Confidential for Palm 1.2. Web Confidential is a software program to manage passwords and other confidential information. It uses an intuitive, easy-to-use card file metaphor. According to the developers:

Macintosh developer Alco Blom and Palm developer Rene Laterveer announced today the final releases of Web Confidential for Mac 2.2 and Web Confidential for Palm 1.2.

New in Mac version 2.2: you can import data from tab limited text files and encrypted password files are now binary cross platform with Web Confidential for Windows.

Web Confidential for Palm is supplied with a Conduit, which synchronizes data between Macintosh and Palm.

Web Confidential permits users to encrypt password files, using a state-of-the-art encryption algorithm. Keys can be up to 448 bits in length.

The users guide is available in English, French, Japanese, and German. Web Confidential for Mac and Web Confidential for Palm are priced at US$20 each or they can be purchased together for US$35. You can find more information at the Web Confidential web site.
