More Language Support for AppleWorks 6

When AppleWorks 6.2.2 was released a little more than 2 weeks ago, only the English language version was made available. Now Apple has expanded the number of languages AppleWorks 6.2.2 supports up to 7: North American and International English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, and Japanese. Note that this update is aimed at users who run AppleWorks 6 in Mac OS X. From Apple:

This update is intended for users of AppleWorks on Mac OS X 10.1. If you are using an earlier version of Mac OS X, Apple recommends that you first upgrade your OS to 10.1 before using this updater. If you already have AppleWorks 6.1.2 and you are not running Mac OS X then you do not need this update.

You can download the 14mb update directly from Apple.

The Mac Observer Spin:

The hits, or in this case, the updates, just keep on coming, and we categorize that as a Good Thing, especially leading up to Expo time. It will be interesting to see what more they have in store for us next month.
