OS X Gets A Language Update

Apple has released language updated for Mac OS X version 10.1.2. The company has released new or updated language support for several languages. Apple says this about the release:

Mac OS X is a multilingual operating system which allows users to use languages other than the one selected during installation. This update installs the additional fonts and resources needed to use Mac OS X in additional languages other than currently installed. After installing this update use the International preference pane to set your preferred order of languages in applications menus and dialogs.

You can get the update from the Software Update control panel, which can found under System Preferences, or you can download the update from Apple's knowledge Base.

Note: Some of the double byte character languages will require broadband access to download the update. Apple will soon offer a multi-part download option for those with slower access.
