Apple has added two new OS X Server-related articles to the Knowledge Base. One refers to OS X Server 10.2's Netboot being able to use 2GB and smaller images, and the other explains an issue installing Admin Tools. Apple's Knowledge Base (sometimes referred to as the KBase) is a central location for all of Apple's support documents and other important information.
The version of NetBoot included with OS X Server 10.2 and later supports the use of 2GB and smaller images. The very brief article from Apple:

Solution
This installation will not occur if you try to reinstall the Admin Tools on a Mac OS X Server 10.2.3 or later volume. If you need to reinstall the Admin Tools on a Mac OS X Server 10.2.3 or later volume, use the Mac OS X Server 10.2.3 or later installation CD.
