Archive 5.0: Updated for Mac OS X, Other New Features

YENCO.COM has announced a major update to its Archive software, bringing it to version 5.0. Archive is software that will catalog your disks, and speed up your search for a particular file. Archive 5.0 is now a Carbon application, and will run on anything from OS 8.6 to OS X. From YENCO.COM:

Archive enables you to quickly catalog your disks and then when you need to find a file, just type in what you are looking for and it will return a list of all files that match your search criteria, what disks the files can be found on, and even detailed information about the files. No more time-wasting disk shuffle. It's fast! It's simple!

Archive runs natively under Mac OS X (as well as supporting Mac OS 8.6 - 9.2.2 with the latest CarbonLib from Apple installed).

Archive 5.0 is shareware and is available now. Users who paid for Archive after 1/1/2002 can update to 5.0 for free. All other registered users can upgrade for US$5, while new users can get a hold of Archive 5.0 for US$20. You can find more information at YENCO.COM's Web site.
