Logitech Supports OS 10.2.3 On Force Feedback Gaming Devices

Logitech has announced expanded compatability for it's line of force feedback gaming devices. The joysticks and steering wheels now features compatibility with Macintosh for the first time. The force feedback system is designed to add a sense of realism to gameplay with such titles as MOMO Racing and WingMan Strike Force. According to Logitech:
New Mac OS Supports Logitech Force Feedback Controllers for Increased Realism During Play.
Logitech announced today that for the first time ever, its force feedback joysticks, steering wheels, and vibration feedback gamepads will be supported by Mac OS X 10.2.3, bringing the sense of touch that has never been felt before in Mac games.
Current Logitech products that will be supported on the Macintosh platform include the MOMO(r) Racing and WingMan(r) Formula(tm) Force GP racing wheels, WingMan RumblePad(tm) and Cordless RumblePad(tm) gamepads and the WingMan Strike Force(tm) 3D and Force(tm) 3D joysticks. Initial games that feature force feedback support are NASCAR Racing 2002 Season from Aspyr Media and F1 Championship Season 2000 from Feral Interactive.
