Vizspring Releases iWatch Version 3.0
by , 2:00 PM EST, February 24th, 2003
Vizspring Software has released a new version of iWatch, bringing it to version 3.0. iWatch is a clock utility designed for time management and custom alert setting. The latest version features a new interface and other enhancements. According to Vizspring Software:
Vizspring Software, a leader in quality shareware products for the Macintosh, released a major update to their time-management software, iWatch, today.
iWatch is a four-task application that is able to act as a kitchen timer, an alarm clock, a stopwatch (with lap memory) as well as a clock displaying the time and computer uptime.
Changes in version 3.1 include:
- Applications or files (including AppleScript application scripts) may now be launched as part of a timer or alarm action
- System alerts besides the default system setting may now be played as part of an action
- Menus on the main window more clearly define timer and alarm actions
- Dates are now an optional part of an alarm, set in the preferences
- 24 hour time option for the clock added
- Lap data is now stored in each window, allowing for multiple sets of lap data with multiple stopwatches in separate windows
- The date will no longer save when the preference for saving time is turned off
- Progress bars now still update on windows minimized to the dock
- Fixed a bug where the progress would not appear for some times (including timers set between 9-18 minutes)
- and more...
You can find more information about the iWatch update at the Vizspring Software Web site. iWatch 3.1 is available for US$10.00.
