RedleX Updates Mellel With Arabic And Farsi Support

RedleX has released an update for Mellel, bringing it to version 1.6. Mellel is a multi-lingual utility designed for word processing. The update features Arabic and Farsi language support as well as a redesigned interface. According to RedleX:

RedleX have released Mellel 1.6, a major updated to its advanced word processor.

Mellel is an advanced, multilingual word processor built for Mac OS X and containing many sophisticated word processing features, with many more to come over the next few months.

The main new features in this updates is full support for input Arabic and Farsi (Persian). Mellel is the first and only Mac OS X application to offer true support for Arabic and Persian under Mac OS X.

Other major new features in this release are a redesigned user interface, magnetic palettes, extended support for CJK languages, added support for more than 10 additional languages, three new tab types, show/hide invisible characters and page elements and dozens of small enhancements.
