xDNS Builder 2.1 Ships With Improved Performance And More

AppMac software has released an update for xDNS Builder, bringing it to version 2.1. xDNS Builder is a Web development tool designed for server administrators. The update features improved performance and Mail server options. According to AppMac software:

WHAT IS xDNS ?

xDNS Builders is a powerful and innovative utility for administrators of Web servers. You can setup a DNS service of Mac OS X or Mac OS X Server. A good solution for users of Apple XServe (which it misses such a tool).

Interface is very easy. Assistants help you to set up master domains and associated zone files.

Before xDNS Builder, administrators were to use the UNIX terminal. xDNS Builder is made with Apple Cocoa technology.

What's new in 2.1 version ?

  • better performance if you have thousands domains to parse
  • new options for Mail servers
  • english and french version
  • bug fixes

You can find more information about the xDNS Builder update at the AppMac software Web site. xDNS Builder 2.1 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$79.00.
