New Beta Version Of DEVONagent Available

DEVONtechnologies has released a new beta version of DEVONagent, bringing it to version b3. DEVONagent is a utility designed to be an automatic user defined search assistant. The latest beta release features new plug-ins for expanded site searching. According to DEVONtechnologies:

DEVONagent, DEVONtechnologies' intelligent search agent and alternative browser, is now available as Public Beta 3, the last beta before the final release.

Based on DEVONtechnologies' revolutionary DEVONtechnology, DEVONagent is the information finding tool of the next generation. It simulates the behaviour of a human Web surfer scanning the Internet for a specific piece of information.

DEVONagent 1.0b3 comes with four new plug-ins for searching directories such as Yahoo, WebShots, Mac news sites and the DEVONtechnologies Web forum to make it even more useful for Mr. Everyone.

Also, a wallpaper scanner plug-in filters Web pages for desktop pictures, and a dock menu provides instant access to new query, crawler and browser windows.
