Kanzu Updates Image Info With Improved EXIF Info

Kanzu Utilities has released an update for Image Info, bringing it to version 3.1. Image Info is an image search app designed for AppleScripters looking for information contained within images. The update features improved EXIF information and other minor interface mods. According to Kanzu Utilities:

Kanzu Utilities has released Image Info version 3.1, an application for viewing and retrieving detailed info about images.

Image Info can retrieve more information about an image file than any other application. It doesn't open images to return the info, so it works very fast. It is also fully AppleScriptable, which means you can build it into a prepress, catalog, or other type of workflow.

Returned info includes EXIF, IPTC and color profile info, and info about an image's dimensions, color space, channels, layers, clipping paths, comments and much more.

Because Image Info does not open images to gather info, it can view and retrieve the info very quickly.

Version 3.1 adds 'original date' and 'digitized date' to EXIF Info, fixes a registration error for registered users, and makes several minorcosmetic changes.
