by , 5:00 PM EST, February 27th, 2004
Batista.org has released a new app for Mac users, Safari Extender 1.0. Safari Extender is a contextual menu utility designed for expanding the capabilities of the Safari browser. The app features support for custom image activating and tab re-ordering. According to Batista.org:
Batista.org has announced the availability of Safari Extender version 1.0.
Safari Extender is a contextual menu item that adds extra features to Safari such as the ability to re-order the Tabs used for web browsing, compose an email with the current web address in your browser and more.
Safari Extender can also temporarily turn images off, which helps when you have a lot of browsing to do in a short time. After you find what you need you can then turn graphics back on easily.
Other convenient functions in the contextual menu allow you to quickly go back or forward in a page, reload the page and increase or reduce the text size. More features will appear with further development.
You can find more information about the Safari Extender release at the Batista.org Web site. Safari Extender is available for US$10.00.
