Black Cat Updates DX Toolbox With New Tools

Black Cat Systems has released an update for DX Toolbox, bringing it to version 2.2.0. DX Toolbox is a utility designed for gathering information that affects shortwave radio broadcasting, or as Black Cat puts it, "a radio propagation / conditions analysis and forecasting tool for amateur radio operators, and other radio enthusiasts." The update features new tools and bug fixes. According to Black Cat Systems:

DX Toolbox is an application which gathers a variety of solar and geomagnetic information from real-time online sources, and presents them in charts and tables.

This version adds a new propagation path estimation tool, improvements to the images display window, graphs of solar wind and magnetic field values, and several bug fixes.

You can find more information about the DX Toolbox update at the Black Cat Systems Web site. The update is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$19.99.
