DV Dailies - Effects Essentials Maintenance Update Released

Buena Software, Inc. has released an update for Effects Essentials, bringing it to version 1.6.1. Effects Essentials is a plug-in designed for expanding the effects possibilities within After Effects. The update features bug fixes. According to Buena Software:
Today, Buena Software, Inc. announced the release of Effect Essentials v.1.6.1, a bug fix update to their popular set of plugins for After Effects and compatible host applications.
This release fixes a potential crashing bug in their free Camera Flash plugin, and also fixes a bug that could sometimes cause incorrect output on AltiVec based Macs in the Frame Manipulator plugin.
You can find more information about the Effects Essentials update at the Buena Software Web site. Effects Essential 1.6 is free for registered users, while the full version is available for US$199.00.
