Happy Holidays From TMO!

Happy Holidays, from The Mac Observer! As we close out a very busy holiday shopping season, at least in terms of Apple news, I wanted to take the opportunity to wish all our readers a good holiday weekend.

TMO is taking Friday, December 24th off, and we will resume our regular publishing schedule on Monday, December 27th. Until then, and on behalf of our entire staff, I wish you a merry Christmas! For those not celebrating Christmas, we wish you simply a wonderful weekend. :-)

Sorry I can't first-foot, MacJim, because I'm not tall, dark, young nor handsome. However I am male, could place my hands on a lump of coal and have plenty of whisky (note, without the 'e'). Fortunately where I am we have Hogmanay in summer.

I hate Christmas except for the food and drink, but I concur with your criticism of the scourge of "Happy Holidays". Jews don't say "Happy Holidays" about Chanukah, Muslims don't say it about Ramadan, so why do default Christians say it about Christmas? Hah, Bum Bag.

BTW, my grandmother was born in Gourock. It's a small world, but I wouldn't want to paint it.

I'm a grinch. Blatant commercialism and over pimping of christmas and the "christmas spirit" has caused me to despise everything between November 25 and Jan 1. Except free stuff. Always love that.

didn't mean to exclude any Antipodeans - or from your viewpoint is it Podeans? difficult to think summery from the unusally snowy wastes of Gourock, though timely snowfall for once.
