The iTunes Music Store (iTMS) is doing well for Pixar, according to Macworld UK. Pixar announced that the iTMS sold 125,000 of its short movies in one month. The announcement came during Pixar's third quarter financial results conference call on November 8, and helps validate Apple's stance that viewers are willing to pay US$1.99 for video content that they can watch on their computers, or take with them on their iPod.

Pixar also commented that it is in "deep negotiations" with Disney regarding a potential distribution deal for three upcoming animated features after its current project, Cars.
