Party with TMO & the All Stars at Cirque du Mac 3.0 (Win Tickets!)
by , 1:35 PM EST, January 5th, 2006
Another Macworld Expo is upon us, and that means it's time for the year's most important event in the Mac community, Cirque du Mac 3.0! The Mac Observer and BackBeat Media will be holding our annual midweek party in San Francisco on Wednesday, January 11th at the Red Devil Lounge, and this year's event once again features the Macworld All Star band, henna tattoo artists, clowns, and an open bar (!!).
The Macworld All Star Band is comprised of Bob "Dr. Mac" Levitus (TMO), Chris Breen (PlayList), Paul Kent (IDG), Chuck La Tournous (RandomMaccess), Duane Straub (super-secret rocket scientist work), Dave Hamilton (TMO), and Bryan Chaffin (your author).
You can see pics from 2005's Cirque du Mac 2.0, and we'll be posting coverage of this year's event, too. The event is invitation-only, and a good time is guaranteed for all!
Now, since the party is invitation only, you need a ticket to get in (as noted in the comments below). We're giving away 10 sets of two tickets in a drawing, and all you have to do is send us an e-mail at <> to enter. Winners will be notified, and can pick up their tickets on the show floor.

If the part is invitation only then why mention here since most of us aren't invited?
Thanks
Invitation-only should be interpreted as "you need a ticket to get in." We'll be handing out tickets at Macworld itself, and we're going to give some away through the site, too.
In fact, I'll add it to this announcement!
