MakeMusic to Release Finale Universal Binary

MakeMusic Inc. on Wednesday said that the next version of its Finale music notation software will be a Universal Binary enabling it to run on Intel- or PowerPC-based Macs. While it did not provide a date for Finale 2007's release, the company did note that it typically issues an annual upgrade, with the last one published on July 25, 2005.
