by , 10:50 AM EST, February 3rd, 2006

Zarra Studios announced the immediate availability of Simple Elegant Sales (SES) on Friday. Simple Elegant Sales is a Point of Sales system for Mac OS X 10.4 and higher. The system handles standard invoice processing, inventory tracking, purchase orders, employee time tracking, and can batch process credit cards daily or weekly. First Credit and PayPal credit processing is currently supported, and more processing services will be added soon. SES also manages automatic sale discounts, layaways, gift cards and store credits.

Simply Elegant Sales costs US$129 for the entry edition, which is geared towards businesses that already have a credit card processing system in place, and don't need to manage employee hours. The standard edition is priced at $249, and includes credit card processing and employe time tracking.
