Impressions 3.0 Available, Supports iCal

Babel Company announced the immediate availability of Impressions 3.0 on Tuesday. Impressions automates digital asset archiving to hard drivesor CD/DVD sets. It also maintians HFS+ and Spotlight metadata, and supports incremental and differential archiving. The new version supports scheduling through iCal, includes performance increases for Tiger users, along with several bug fixes and other enhancements. Impressions 3.0 is available for download at the Babel Comapny Web site, and is priced at US$49 through March. Starting April 1, 2006, Impressions 3.0 will cost $99.
