BeLight Unveils Label Creator Disc Cover

by , 12:00 AM EST, February 22nd, 2006

BeLight Software has announced that it will soon release Disc Cover, an application for creating CD/DVD labels, inserts, jewel case covers, mini-CD labels and more. It features integration with Apple's iLife applications, over 50 templates, and more than 23,000 images.

Disc Cover can import data from the Finder, music CDs or tab-delimited text files, with various options for how the information is shown. Users can also apply more than 100 unique masks, fill text blocks with colors, handle transparency and circle text, and work with background and foreground layers.

BeLight Software has only said that Disc Cover is "coming soon." When it does arrive, it will be a Universal Binary that requires Mac OS X v10.3 or higher. Pricing was not disclosed.
