After rumors that installing Boot Camp on Intel-based Macs voids the warranty, Apple stepped forward to let users know it's simply not true. According to PC Pro, an Apple U.K. spokesperson commented "Installing Boot Camp does not invalidate your Apple warranty."

The rumors have been circulating around Apple's Boot Camp support discussion boards, and may have started as a misunderstanding in the company's retail stores.
