Diet Sleuth 4.5 Adds Calorie Calculator

Black Cat Systems announced the immediate availability of Diet Sleuth 4.5.0 on Thursday. Diet Sleuth is is a personal health logbook and nutritional database application. The updated version adds tools to calculate your daily caloric needs and estimated weight loss, and can determine your caloric intake, fat grams, carbohydrates, fiber, protein, cholesterol, along with sodium, potassium, and calcium intake. The built-in database includes information in several different food categories, including fruits, vegetables, breads, fast food, lunch meat, junk food, seafood, and baby food.

Diet Sleuth 4.5 is available for download at the Black Cat Systems Web site, and is priced at US$34.99.
