New MaxConnect Drive Bracket Includes Built-in Fan

MaxUpgrades announced the immediate availability of a redesigned MaxConnect with an auxiliary cooling fan on Thursday. The MaxConnect lets you add up to three additional internal hard drives to Power Mac G5 computers. The MaxConnect drive bracket is available for PCI/PCI-X and PCI Express slots. It is priced at US$159 with a 2-port SATA host adapter card, cables and cooling fan. With a 4-port SATA host adapter card, it costs $199.
