OWC Announces Portable 1.5TB RAID System

Other World Computing announced the immediate availability of the Mercury Elite-AL Pro Striped RAID-0 on Tuesday. The new external RAID system features FireWire 800, FireWire 400, and USB 2.0, SATA II 3G hard drives, and includes Retrospect Express data backup software. The Mercury Elite-AL Pro Striped RAID-0 is available at the Other World Computing Web site, and is available in capacities from 320GB for US$279.99 up to 1.5TB for $1,049.99.
