Digidesign Announces Mbox 2 Mini

Digidesign announced the Mbox 2 Mini Pro Tools LE system on Friday. The Mbox 2 Mini features 24-bit/48 kHz audio quality, two simultaneous analog inputs and outputs including an XLR input and two line/instrument-level inputs, two 1/4-inch analog monitor outputs, stereo headphone output, zero latency monitoring, 48V phantom power, and front-side volume control and mute switch. It also includes Pro Tools LE software, DigiRack plug-ins, Bomb Factory plug-ins, the Xpand! sample-playback/synthesis workstation, the Pro Tools Ignition Pack, and more.

The Mbox 2 Mini is priced at US$329, and is scheduled to hit store shelves soon.
