publicspace.net announced the immediate availability of the break timer application MacBreakZ 4 on Wednesday. MacBreakZ interrupts you at regular intervals and suggests different exercises to help prevent repetitive stress injuries. Each exercise includes step-by-step instructions.

MacBreakZ 4 requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher. It is available for download at the publicspace.net Web site, and costs US$29.95.
