Skype for Mac 2.5 Adds SMS, More

Skype for Mac version 2.5 officially completed beta testing and was released to the public on Wednesday. The new version of the online chat and conferencing application supports SMS messaging to mobile phones, conference calls with up to nine other people, and a birthday tracker for the people in your Skype contact list.

Skype for Mac 2.5 is free, and available for download at the Skype Web site.
