by , 8:35 AM EDT, March 22nd, 2007

Selznick Scientific Software announced the immediate availability of SmartWrap 3 on Thursday. SmartWrap is a Universal Binary application that finds paragraphs and lists in documents and emails, and removes extra line breaks so the text flows naturally. In addition to support for BBEdit, MailSmith, Eudora, and several other applications, the new version adds support for TextMate. It also includes an improved algorithm for detecting lists and graphics.

SmartWrap 3 is priced at US$18, and is available for download at the Selznick Scientific Software Web site. Upgrades from earlier versions cost $9.95.
