Apple Revamps Support Site

Apple rolled out a redesigned version of its Support Web site last week. The updated site is designed to make it easier for customers to find the support topics they are looking for. It also sports a cleaner and less cluttered look, and offers quick access to an extensive list of Apple product specifications dating back to 1997, product manual downloads, and online training.
