by , 10:35 AM EDT, May 10th, 2007

ScriptDB released an updated version of its namesake AppleScript addition on Thursday. The updated version of the database scripting addition now runs natively on Intel as well as PowerPC-based Macs. ScriptDB is compatible with AppleScript and AppleScript Studio and allows developers to build and manipulate databases from within an AppleScript project.

ScriptDB is available at the ScriptDB Web site. It is priced at US$12 for the Basic version, or $25 for the Pro version with FileMaker Pro XML import and export support.
