MCE Offers 250GB MacBook / MacBook Pro Hard Drive

MCE Technologies announced the immediate availability of its MobileStor Performance hard drive upgrades for Apple's MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops on Monday. The 2.5-inch SATA drives are available in capacities ranging from 100GB up to 250GB, and include the necessary installation tools. The drives also include an eSATA/USB 2.0 external enclosure for your original laptop drive and the SuperDuper! backup application.

The 100GB/7200RPM model is priced at US$129, the 120GB/7200RPM model costs $149, the 160GB/5400RPM model is $139, and the 160GB/7200RPM model costs $199. The 250GB/5400RPM model is priced at $279, and will be available June 1.
