Punch! Releases ViaCAD 2D/3D for the Mac

Punch! Software announced the immediate availability of ViaCAD 2D/3D on Thursday. ViaCAD 2D/3D is two and three dimensional precision design application for Mac OS X.

ViaCAD 2D/3D supports NRUBS-based modeling, modeling with skins, history-based solid modeling, creating 2D drawings from 3D objects, and more. The application also supports IGES, STEP, SAT, SketchUp, AutoCAD 2007 DXF/DWG, Adobe Illustrator, Rhinoceros, STL, and 3DS Max file formats.

ViaCAD 2D/3D is a Universal Binary application, allowing it to run natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs. It is priced at US$99.
