Apple Back To School and iPod Specials

Apple's Hot Deals Site is continuing their Back To School special. Buy a MacBook, MacBook Pro, iMac or Mac Pro plus any iPod nano and receive up to US$199 mail-in rebate. Also, refurbished iPods are US$50 off list.

The Apple Back to School special offer ends September 16th.

Hot deals at the Apple site for the week of July 15th include:

  • 1 GB Shuffle for $99, regularly $149
  • 4 GB nano for $149, regularly $199
  • 8 GB nano for $199, regularly $249
  • 3.0 GHz Xeon Mac Pro Quad for $3299, regularly $3997
  • 24-in iMac, 1GB RAM, 250 GB HD for $1699, regularly $1999

All products are Apple Certified Refurbished, come with the standard warranty, and are elligible for AppleCare. However, supplies are typically limited.

If you read TMO, you'll find that they regularly report the Apple Hot Deals. It's a courtesy and can be helpful if one does not check those every few days.
