The virtualization environment supports over 60 32-bit and 64-bit PC-based operating systems, multiple processors, offers a Cocoa-based interface, and can use Boot Camp-based Windows XP installations. Windows Vista support for Boot Camp is still experimental.

It also offers virtual machine snapshot backups, DirectX support, is compatible with a wide range of USB devices, and more.

VMware Fusion costs US$79.99, but the pre-order $39.99 price will remain in effect until Sunday, August 5.
