HairerSoft announced the immediate availability of Amadeus Pro 1.1 on Monday. The updated version of the multitrack audio editing application added improved support for Audio Units and VST plug-ins, and improved handling of multichannel AIFF files.

The new version also updated the user interface and added several new toolbar items.

Amadeus Pro 1.1 is a Universal Binary application, allowing it to run natively on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs, and requires Mac OS X 10.4 or higher. It is priced at US$40, and is available for download at the HairerSoft Web site.
