by , 8:10 AM EDT, October 2nd, 2007

Obvious Matter announced the immediate availability of DiskLibrary 1.7 on Tuesday. The updated version of the disk catalog and file tracking application added new cataloging options including the ability to create catalogs based on the contents of a folder.

The new version also added the ability to save preferences for catalog sorting and contents view type, added a preference for changing the location where DiskLibrary stores its data, can now import WhereIsIt for Windows data, and fixed several bugs.

DiskLibrary 1.7 is a Universal Binary application, and requires Mac OS X 10.4.6 or higher. It is available for download at the Obvious Matter Web site, and is priced at US$39.
