Adobe has given a qualified green light to Creative Suite 3 users that want to upgrade to Mac OS X 10.5, or Leopard. The company stated that most of its CS3 applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Bridge are certified as Leopard compatible.
Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional, a critical part of many design-related workflows, is not fully Leopard compatible and will require an update. Even though the Acrobat update won't be available until January 2008, Adobe claims it is safe to run the CS3 apps and Acrobat 8 Professional on Mac OS X 10.5.
Adobe Premiere Pro CS3, After Effects CS3 Professional, Encore CS3, and Soundbooth CS3 will also require compatibility updates which are due before the end of December. Like Acrobat, Adobe says it is safe to use its pro video editing apps on Leopard.
Users of older Adobe applications, including Creative Suite 2, may find unexpected compatibility issues. Adobe stated that it has not tested its older applications for compatibility, and will not provide any Leopard-specific updates for pre-CS3 apps or the applications it acquired from Macromedia.
Additional information is available in Adobe's Leopard Support FAQ.

Adobe would't want to do that. By doing things this way, they can blame Apple instead of fixing it right.
They've been working hard to get it ready, but unfortunately Apple wouldn't provide them with a release candidate in time for them to get things updated. Not exactly the best decision on Apple's part, but that's they do things, keep it secret and let functionality come later after a hyped up release.
