MacUpdate Promo Reaches 1st Milestone, XMIND now Included

by , 2:15 PM EST, December 6th, 2007

MacUpdate recently launched a promotion that includes seven popular applications for US$49. A feature of the promo is that when bundle sales reach 1,000, XMIND 2008 becomes included in the suite, bringing the total to eight applications. That milestone has now been reached.

"We've reached the first unlock milestone on MacUpdate's bundle. This means that XMIND 2008 Pro has been added to the bundle for free. It's a $299.95 app that's awesome at flow charts, for mind mapping, brainstorming, or interface navigational management. There were raving comments about XMIND when it debuted in its first MUPromo as an individual app," Joel Mueller told TMO.

The first seven applications offered are: Forklift, RapidWeaver, Swift Publisher, Marine Aquarium, Xslimmer, MemoryMiner, and Yep worth over US$230 altogether.

The next milestone is 2,400 bundles which unlocks iStabilize. The MacUpdate promo expires on December 11th.
