SMART Utility 1.2 Adds French Localization, More

Volitans Software announced the immediate availability of SMART Utility 1.2 on Tuesday. The update for the hard drive diagnostic application added French localization along with improved support for smartctl.

The new version sends additional information to the smartctl engine for debugging, added error messages for problems sending logs, displays drive model family informatin and more readable name attributes, fixed memory leaks and several bugs, and more.

SMART Utility 1.2 is priced at US$20 for 10 seat license and is available for download at the Volitans Software Web site. The update is free for version 1 users.
