GoGoalSoft Releases Espy, A Picture Address Book

by , 9:10 AM EDT, May 23rd, 2008

GoGoalSoft announced Friday the release of Espy, a "picture address book" application for Mac OS X. The company has designed the application so that users can browse their contacts by their picture, as opposed to their printed name. The company refers to the interface, named the SnapFind Interface, as "iPhoto-like."

The software effectively reads your Mac OS X Address Book database, but then lays out the information in its own way. Adding an image to a contact is a drag-and-drop operation. Espy also works with Mail and iCal.

Espy is priced at US$24.95, and is available now. GoGoalSoft is offering bulk pricing, and users can download a trial version for free.

Yeah, but at least GoGoalSoft is literate.

Please try harder, and give reasons for your criticisms.
