EarthDesk 4.4 Improves Cloud Image Handling

Xeric Design announced the immediate availability of EarthDesk 4.4 on Thursday. The update for the real-time global weather tracking Desktop image replacement improved satellite cloud image handling when data is missing.

EarthDesk is an application that replaces static Desktop images with an image of Earth complete with current sun and moon illumination, accurate city lights, and real-time cloud coverage. It can also be used as a screensaver.

EarthDesk 4.4 is priced at US$24.95 and is available for download at the Xeric Design Web site.
