QuickerTek Unveils Apple Juicz Charger for MacBook Pro

QuickerTek announced its new Apple Juicz External Battery/Charger for the MacBook Pro on Friday. The battery pack is compatible with the 15 and 17-inch MacBook Pro, and adds up to ten hours of battery life to the portable computers.

The battery and charger combo uses a specially modified MagSafe power adapter, recharges the laptop's built-in battery in three hours, and weighs five pounds.

The Apple Juicz External Battery/Charger for the MacBook Pro will be available by the beginning of November, and QuickerTek is taking pre-orders now. It is priced starting at US$449.95.
