    Subject: 6Gb?

OK this is I'm sure a silly question but why 6Gb? If they can fit one 4Gb module can't they fit two? Is it a hardware limitation? OS-X limitation?

I'm just rather curious because memory tends to go in multiples of 2 (2, 4, 8, 16...).

It is because the OS currently cannot use all 8 gigs. It recognizes 8 but only uses 6.
