Mac Gaming News - Aspyr Sets Sims 2 Nightlife System Requirements
by , 2:55 PM EST, February 23rd, 2006
Aspyr Media on Thursday set final system requirements for its upcoming The Sims 2 Nightlife expansion pack. In addition to The Sims 2, the game will require Mac OS X v10.3.9, a 1.2GHz G4 or G5 processor, 256MB RAM (512MB recommended), 2GB free hard drive space, 32MB Video RAM (64MB recommended) and a DVD drive. Aspyr has not yet released a Universal Binary for The Sims 2.
Nightlife lets players take their Sims out on the town for fun nights of hitting the latest hot spots. Social interaction is emphasized, of course, and new items available for purchase in this expansion pack include cars, a DJ station and a karaoke machine. The game will ship next month with a US$34.99 price tag.

Most likely not. Rosetta manages to make office apps like Word run seamlessly, and Photoshop runs pretty well, but when it comes to games, you'd better get the UB version.
EDIT: added Rosetta's second "t"
