Mac Gaming News - Pirates! for the Mac Ships Aug 29

Feral Interactive is bringing Sid Meier's Pirates! to Mac OS X, and the company plans to make good on that promise on August 29. The game will let Mac OS X players take to the seas as a 17th century Caribbean pirate captain.
Sid Meier's Pirates! for the Mac includes enemy captains to battle, treasure to find, and more. It also marks the first game in the new Feral Legends series.
Sid Meier's Pirates! for the Mac will require a 1.2GHz or faster PowerPC or Intel-based Mac, Mac OS X 10.4 or newer, 512MB RAM, and a 64MB graphics card. It is priced at US$29.95, and is available for pre-order at the Feral Interactive Web site.
