As the tournament progresses, the number of matches every week will drop to a manageable level, and our coverage will become more and more in-depth. One feature that we have planned for the later rounds of MWC99 is play-by-play coverage of matches, where you can get live reports of the action taking place from minute to minute.

Hotline is a piece of software which merges the functions of a chatroom with a file-server and bulletin board, and we have been using a Hotline server during the MWC99 development process. It will also be used for the play-by-play coverage.

You are welcome to use the Hotline server if you feel the need to chat to the MWC99 staff, if you want somewhere to meet before heading onto bungie.net, or for any other reason.

The server is using version 1.2 of the Hotline software. No login or password is required to participate in the chat, however you will be unable to access the MWC99 team's files. Sorry, but we have to have some secrets.
