 BMF was started by THORAN and LoserII in late 1997. They were sun and
comet at that time. Over time BMF grew to include numerous other fun
loving, cool people, many of whom are still with the order. We pride
ourselves on being first and foremost friendly people and good sports.
Excelling at Myth is just icing on the cake. We try to play all of the
map and game combinations available to maximize our fun factor.
For a time in the spring and summer of 1998, BMF joined forces with
TWF (The Wight Foundation) to form the tournament order DoH (Death of
Honor), which won the Knights of Eblis tourney and also participated
in MWC '98. BMF then began on a Myth tournament rampage that hasn't
let up. Order tourneys that BMF have won or placed in include:

MWC99 Threat Assessment: BMF have to be one of the most dangerous teams to enter MWC99. Their
tournament record is a testament to a wide base of skills that let
them succeed in almost any situation. However their lackluster
performance in MWC98 (unable to make it past the qualifying round) may
hint otherwise... in any event, a team to watch.
QR Week 1: ploaf feel the burn as BMF assert their dominance of the Trow pool. Expect more of the same next week against the unknowns to and FFA.
QR Week 2: The Fratricidia of the Frenzied Asp lose to another three-lettered acronym as BMF demonstrate that they intend to win this tournament. And The Observers don't do very well either. Ouch.
QR Week 3: BMF continue their rampage through the Trow pool by defeating the next closest contender, This Order Sucks At Myth II. Someone stop these guys! Uh, wait, don't, they still owe us that other truckload of cocaine...
DE Round 2: BMF easily dominate their match with Random Oblivion and cruise on to the next round... versus Altus Praeses. ::drumroll::
DE Round 3: After a few easy early games, BMF look set to crush Altus Praeses in style. However a few crucial slips and some excellent play from AP start rapidly eroding their lead. They still have enough points to carry the match however, and go on to face Civil Order next round.
DE Round 4: Sweeping the first game of their match with Civil 22-2, BMF decide to rest on their impressive lead and "play smart" by defending solidly for the remainder of the match. Although it's not typical BMF tactics as Modem points out, it does work and they carry the day. This match marks Modem's last for the BMF team; we'll see how losing one of their top players affects their team play.
