 The Squids and Otters order was created on the rise of myth2 Demo by Happy and Gonzo. It remained a small and cozy place for a while, joined
in early 99 by Balor and Nico. As its founders fled the battles of bungie for the beaches of summer, survival implied growth. Friends gathered, including some of the best and/or nicest players demo could produce like Icedude, cronite, Flame, Saint, Lord Pain. It came to full recently. Its members are addicted to friendship, fun, fairplay,
exellency. They know each others styles perfectly in team or ffa. Oddly we still enjoy playing the demo more than the full, maybe because we
have lots of friends there. Although most of us are pretty fresh to the full, our small family includes a couple of secret weapons, as Ghol of
Sexualness and Sun Pin who are myth2 demo legends, and other demo heavyweights like Doktor Krool or Lanval joining for the World Cup.
Our claim to be the champions of the gimble map can only be contested by few, like our friends from Kotrt. We saw with pleasure that some of
the qualifiying maps included the units choices we practised for monthes on demo. We'll have to prove that our strategic options, determination, fast
brains, cold blood and bad jokes will adapt to the harsh climate of maps we still have to explore. You can bet we are trainig hard, and we'll
rely on our knowledge of myth fundamentals to give the big guys some chills. the MWC99 will be our first tournament, so we are here to take a
first taste of tougth competition and to have lots of fun with the demo family. You can be sure to have a friendly game if you play with us
anytime. Other friends from demo decided to join our party : the kotrts.
Kotrt was founded in the early days of the Myth II demo by Danath, Loki, and Xenophanes to establish the best clan and unite them and
their friends. With the addition of El Scimitar and Ric Flair, they grew stronger and had already established themselves as the undisputed
champions of the Myth II demo. Danath, Loki, and Xenophanes became less and less of a presence but El Scimitar and Ric continued the tradition
of excellence and asswhupping. A fan named Wanton created the Squires of the round table, a clan for people who are not good enough for
kotrt but wish to join anyway. Eventually, he too joined and brought honor to the clan's name. Firebird followed in Wanton's footsteps. The
addition of a young firebrand named Unity strengthened their ranks and they became nearly a constant presence. 3 more powerful players,
Twiceborn, Zarathustra, and Checkmate, strengthened them yet more. No clan was
strong enough to challenge them. One Thursday afternoon, El Scimitar set out to liberate the demo network from the clutches of LMOTH and
Assassin. He figured out more than one legal way to change the demo so it can use any game on Gimble. After a while, the clan was met with
sad news: El had to leave. At the time of this letter, he has a scant 10 days with us, 3 of which are on vacation away from myth. Køt®t will
be weaker, but still the strongest presence, and will continue to dominate the demo.

MWC99 Threat Assessment: This combination of two orders from the world of the demo may be in for a bit of a shock as they are exposed to the wide variety of Myth games and maps for the first time. But if they make it to the Grand Final, they should have the Allied Flag Rally game sewed up tight!
QR Week 1: DCU easily dominate their match with Aesir, never letting them even dream of any faint hope of winning. Upgraded to two trow.
QR Week 2: DCU take on Ira Dei and defy the wrath of God, smiting them mightily. An excellent performance warrants a threat upgrade to three trow.
QR Week 3: FC get crushed in the first game and decide not to play those mean DCU people any more... a rather surprising way to win a match, but DCU will take it.
