"Play hard and play fair but we will still kick your ass!"
Destruction Eternal was one of the first Myth TFL orders, and we pride
ourselves on our honesty, kindness, skill , and above all having fun!
DE has gone through many changes from our prosperous days back in myth
1 and a few changes of leaders but the core members have remained the
same. We also enjoy kickin' it with are allies MoR ranked or unranked
we always win with them around. If you face us don't expect an easy
fight because our strategies are cunning and involve killing, lots of it!
36 people have bet on Destruction Eternal to finish in the top ten teams of MWC99. (average place ranked from 1st - 10th: 6.7)
MWC99 Threat Assessment: Destruction Eternal have been prominent figures in the Myth
tournament scene since early in the days of Myth:TFL, in the days when
Locke held a celestial icon and the chatroom trembled to the footsteps
of Ur Drago. They have not been quite so formidable in recent
months, seeing a lot of new blood which has shaken up their
organisation a bit. In our opinion, DE's success in MWC99 hinges on
two things; firstly, finding a strong leader who will be there for
every match (Ur Drago has the talent, but possibly not the time) and
secondly integrating their newish members well into their style of
play. Depending on their play in the QR, they may well be upgraded to
a four-trow threat.
QR Week 1: A victory over Ministry of Death characterised by some rather questionable strategic decisions and quite a lot of fumbling. They'll have to do better than this if they want to beat the 58th Wild Cards in Week Two.
QR Week 2: Destruction Eternal have obviously been working on their coordination, and manage to defeat 58th handily despite a close defeat in the first game. Against Dwarven Mafia, DE lose the first stand-up fight on Cracks, but their strategic play meshes well with some nice tactical moves to let them fight back and reclaim the match.
QR Week 3: DE's superior tactical gameplay allows them to take the match back from Mean Monkey Cheeze easily, after a painful loss in the first game.
